What is an audience?

In primary market research audiences are groups of people, that are targeted as part of a survey. They are defined based on basic socio-demographic attributes (such as age, sex, location, income, marital status, employment) or on more advanced criteria (hobbies, job Title, industry, spending habits, technologies used… and pretty much any information they are willing to share).

How much does it cost to send a questionnaire to 1000 respondents?

It depends: if you are using your distribution list (people from your network, friends or workplace) it’s free. If you need a profiled set of responds from another source, such as the Brainactive audiences, you need to keep in mind that these people are incentivized to respond to your questionnaire: they are paid a certain amount of money for each questionnaire they respond to. So, based on their location (country), their profiling attributes (the more specific they are, the more expensive it becomes) and questionnaire length, prices per respondent can range from a few cents (USD) to a few dollars. Your final price will be the cost per interview (how much one person costs to respond to the questionnaire) multiplied by the number of respondents (how many people you need to answer).

What types of surveys can I build?

What types of questions can I include in a questionnaire?

Yes, with the Free Plan you can build up to 5 Questionnaires per month, with up to 10 questions each.

What is the Questionnaire Logic?

Without going into technical details, in more complex questionnaire, you can add conditions in the answers that people give so that, based on the answer selected, certain question are skipped or the respondent is guided to a different set of questions.

Can I include images in the survey questions?

Yes, you can test images with your respondents. As long as they are non-offensive or are of certain prohibited content.
